DR. RYAN BAUGUS - Owner/Doctor of Physical Therapy

PT, DPT, ATC, USAW-1

Ryan received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from George Fox University in 2015. Prior to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy Ryan received his bachelors degree in Athletic Training from Oregon State University. Ryan has a passion for promoting a narrative of resilience and empowerment, rather than a reliance on the traditional medical model. His purpose is to provide customized solutions to the needs of all individuals by creating a therapeutic alliance with each one.

Ryan utilizes a wide range of treatment approaches to promote positive adaptations that will improve an individuals ability to manage injury and the variability of sport/life. He is not a believer in magic hands and is very upfront with his patients about the limited role that the therapist’s hands play in their overall wellness. Ryan's patients hit the training floor early and often as he believes true motor learning occurs through the organic process of movement experience and error correction.

Ryan treats patients of all backgrounds but excels at working with field and court athletes of all levels and works as a private consultant for several NFL athletes.

DR. CURTIS DODSON - Owner/Doctor of Physical Therapy

PT, DPT, CSCS, USAW-1

Former Oregon State Football player and competitive powerlifter. Currently utilizes a rehab approach for individuals of all training backgrounds and skill levels with the intention of developing long term performance gains by integrating strength and conditioning principles into the recovery process.

Neville Chu - Owner/Doctor of Physical Therapy

Neville received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2012.  Along with being a physical therapist he also serves as the head weightlifting coach for Magnus Barbell in southeast Portland.  His believes that all patients, regardless of fitness background and current physical status, has the ability to make progress towards their functional goals.  

His treatment is quite the opposite of what one might see elsewhere.  He does not believe in magic hands, quick fixes, or guru-like notions.  Neville’s patients can always expect to move and be challenged just enough to make a positive change.
